Refund Policy
Our promise to you.
Because our fonts are digital products that are downloaded instantly, we generally cannot accept returns. However, we are human and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If things aren’t working as they should, we’re here to help.
If you need to discuss a refund, please just reach out to us at hello@factory738.com.
When we can offer a refund
We will gladly look into a refund if:
- There’s a technical glitch: If you find a reproducible error in our font files that we simply can’t fix after you've reached out to us.
- The product was misrepresented: If the font you received is missing something we promised in the description or doesn't perform the way we said it would.
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy so we can find your order quickly. If your refund is approved, we’ll let you know and guide you through the next steps.
When we cannot offer a refund
To keep things fair and sustainable for our small studio, we cannot offer refunds in these situations:
- You (or your client) changed your mind or no longer need the font.
- You found another font you like better after purchasing.
- You don’t have the software or expertise required to use the files (as outlined in our product descriptions).
- The item was purchased by mistake, but our records show the files have already been downloaded.
- A technical issue is reported, but you aren't able to provide enough detail for us to help you solve it.
- The purchase was made more than 30 days ago.
A friendly reminder:
We highly recommend trying our Starter Fonts (the free versions) first. It’s a great way to make sure the font fits your project and works with your software before you commit to a full license.
