At FactoryType Studio (factory738.com), we craft high-performance typographic software engineered to work seamlessly across major design suites, operating systems, and digital environments. Because our fonts are digital products delivered instantly via download upon purchase, all commercial sales are generally final and non-refundable.

We highly encourage all users to download and test our Freebies Edition to verify software compatibility and design suitability before committing to a commercial bundle license.

However, we stand behind the technical integrity of our work. Below are the explicit guidelines governing our refund framework:

1. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will gladly initiate a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date under the following verified conditions:

• Unresolved Technical Flaws: If you discover a reproducible technical glitch, software bug, font embedding error, or broken glyph metric within the font files, and our engineering team cannot deliver a fixed/updated version within fourteen (14) business days of your formal report.
• Product Misrepresentation: If the delivered font family bundle is proven to be missing core weights, features, language support, or OpenType capabilities explicitly promised in the official specimen description on our website.

2. When We Cannot Issue a Refund

To maintain fairness and ensure the sustainability of our independent studio, we strictly cannot grant refunds or exchanges in the following circumstances:

• Change of Mind: You (or your end-client) changed your mind, altered the creative direction of the project, or no longer require the typeface.
• Alternative Selection: You found or bought another typeface that you prefer after finalizing your transaction with us.
• Software/Skill Incompatibility: You do not possess the required design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, MS Office) or the technical expertise needed to install and operate standard font files (.OTF, .TTF, .WOFF) as outlined in our product documentation.
• Accidental Purchases with Active Downloads: The bundle was purchased by mistake, but our server database indicates that the raw font software components have already been fully downloaded.
• Lack of Technical Detail: A technical issue is reported, but you are unable or decline to provide sufficient screenshots, video recordings, or software environment logs to help our team diagnose and replicate the error.
• Expired Warranty Window: The refund request or technical claim is submitted more than 30 days after the initial purchase date.

3. Return of Software & License Revocation

In the rare event that a refund is approved and processed:

• Your commercial license to use the font family bundle (Studio or Corporate Bundle) is immediately and permanently revoked.
• You must immediately destroy and delete all copies of the font software files from all workstations, servers, cloud storage, and backup drives under your control.
• Any continued use of the font software in live projects, active web domains, or commercial media post-refund will be deemed an actionable copyright infringement.
