1. A Simple Welcome
Welcome to FactoryType Studio. These terms are here to explain how we work and what we expect from each other while you use our website (factory738.com). By using our site, you’re agreeing to these rules and our Privacy Policy. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, please let us know at hello@factory738.com—we’d much rather find a solution together than have you leave unhappy.
2. Staying in Touch
When you create an account or buy a font, we might send you our newsletter or studio updates. We promise not to clutter your inbox. If you ever want to stop receiving these, just click the “unsubscribe” link or send us an email.
3. Buying Our Work
When you purchase a font, we’ll ask for basic billing and payment info. We use trusted third-party payment processors to keep your data safe. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there’s a clear error in pricing, availability, or if something looks like a fraudulent transaction. We’re a small team, so we appreciate your honesty in providing correct info.
4. Refunds
Because digital files can’t be “returned” in the traditional sense, we have a specific Refund Policy (which you can find on its own page). Generally, we offer refunds within 30 days if there is a technical flaw we can’t fix.
5. Your Content & Our Content
If you post or share anything on our site, you’re responsible for it. You keep the rights to your work, but by sharing it here, you give us permission to display it within our service. Conversely, everything else on this site—the fonts, the text, the images—belongs to FactoryType Studio. Please don’t copy, modify, or redistribute our work without the proper license.
6. Common Sense Rules
We ask that you use our site fairly. This means no spamming, no impersonating others, and no trying to “break” the site with viruses or automated bots. Let’s keep this a creative and safe space for everyone.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, please keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your username. If you think someone else has accessed your account, tell us right away.
8. Intellectual Property
Our fonts and designs are our life’s work. They are protected by copyright and trademark laws in Indonesia and abroad. Using our service doesn’t give you ownership of our designs—only the right to use them according to the license you bought.
9. Third-Party Links
Sometimes we link to other sites (like design tools or inspiration). We don’t control those sites, so please check their own terms before using them.
10. The “As-Is” Disclaimer
We work hard to make sure everything works perfectly, but we provide our services “as is.” We can’t guarantee that the site will never have a glitch or that a specific font will meet every single one of your expectations, though we’ll always try our best to help if it doesn’t.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, FactoryType Studio isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. If there’s a legal issue, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be handled locally, in the spirit of finding a fair and peaceful resolution.
